Ever since I was a child I was creative. I found it a way of feeling safe and being myself. I loved working as a teacher with children and then an art therapist with adults.
I am into the ‘process’ of creativity of art, rather than the finished product. My passion is art/mixed media journaling, it’s in a hand-made book (there are many ways to make them) or bought. A book can be closed and private so no one can comment or judge the mess and you choose who to show it to! There is a history of Quaker journaling, my journaling is art and words.
