Woodbrooke and Quakers in Britain working in partnership.

Are you a serving Quaker Trustee? Take a walk through the new 2024 Trustee Handbook with its editor and Woodbrooke staff tutor Rhiannon Grant to find out how this updated and improved resource can support you further in your role.

This informative and interactive session will give you a guided introduction to the 2024 Trustee Handbook, highlighting how it can be used and pointing out useful new additions. The new text has a renewed focus on what it means to be a Quaker trustee specifically and this introduction will cover the spiritual as well as practical elements.

You will have an opportunity to reflect on Trusteeship and the balance of Quaker practice with legal requirements; as well as consider the best use of the Handbook in your own meeting context.

If you are new or returning to this role, you might like to join our 6-week online ‘New to Trusteeship’ course, which is running from 7th November (add link when created).
