This single live session will explore how Quakers are represented in archives and in fiction. Mary Crauderueff and Stephen Brooks will speak about their chapters from The Quaker World, edited by C. Wess Daniels and Rhiannon Grant.
This session is part of a series focusing on the contents of The Quaker World, published in 2021, which makes a substantial contribution to Quaker studies. Stephen Brooks will speak about his chapter, “Representations of Quakers in Television and Film.” Mary Crauderueff will speak about her chapters on Quaker Archives in the USA and how they are working to dismantle white supremacy in that context. It will be recorded and the recording made available to those who register.
