How can racialised people nurture resilience through rest and joy? In this series of sessions designed for Black, Brown and People of Colour, Sarah will lead a gentle exploration of this question.

To seek to create a space of safety where participants can have momentary respite from the white supremacy that permeates other spaces and interactions, this series of sessions is for Black, Brown and People of Colour only. More details about this are below.

This series of sessions is dedicated to racialised individuals in need of community love, genuine understanding and the softness of naturally relating to each other. Through prompts, intentional conversations and breathing invitations, Sarah aims to support participants to reclaim joy, discuss their relationship with rest and exchange with each other on healing practices that support their existences to be meaningful and pleasurable.

You are welcome to come to one of these sessions, two of them or all of them! This an open and flexible process. Book the whole series here but attend when you wish. These sessions are Pay as Led so please contribute as you feel led based on the number of sessions you think you will attend and what you can afford.

Additionally, to the series, you will be provided with an online forum space to exchange reflections and share resources.
